Positive: The views were amazing. Perfect location close to the restaurants and for exploring the local town. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in arranging the taxi to visit the other sites in the Sacred Valley. I wish we had spent longer here!

Positive: The staff was absolutely amazing! We had an early departure for the Inca trail and they had breakfast ready especially for us at 4AM. They also arranged for someone to help bring our luggage down to the square. The bed was comfortable and the location was great!! The grounds were pretty and nice views of the ruins from our room. We would definitely stay here again!!

Positive: This was the perfect base to acclimatise and visit Machu Picchu. The staff were friendly, helpful and offered advice on transfers/ provided early breakfast. The gardens are the real draw - we were able to sit on the balcony and watch the local wildlife, including hummingbirds. There’s plenty to do locally - the Ollantaytambo fortress is 70 soles each and is well worth a visit. The ticket also gives you entry to other Sacred Valley sites, although we opted to watch the football instead… For lunch, we’d recommend Sunshine Café and for dinner, Amanto and Chuncho were both great!

Negative: The location is stunning, up a cobbled street towards the top end of town. However, this means that vehicular access is not possible. This was challenging as I have a back injury, although the staff have a trolley and were extremely helpful in transporting our luggage for us.

Positive: The location is truly spectacular. The view, the garden with blooming plants and colibríes, the sound of the creek right in front of the property. The staff members were super friendly and accommodating.

Negative: The room size was rather small but the shower was super tiny with practically no space for personal toiletries.

Positive: I loved how the front desk workers were able to arrange anything, taxi, tours, any activities…and I also found very helpful to get laundry service on site. And the beautiful yard where kids could hangout.

Negative: The internet connection was blocking certain websites and links, so we were not able to open link to pay for zip line and had to cancel it.

Positive: Incredible views of the Andes, seeing Hummingbirds in the garden and the great staff especially Leo. They serve a delicious breakfast which is much better than all others we had in Peru.
